Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description:


Konecranes, a global leader in manufacturing and servicing industrial cranes and lifting equipment, is seeking a highly motivated and independent Online Support Manager to join our team in Turku, Finland. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online support team, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support. - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer support processes and efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online support services with other business functions. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Provide innovative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 6+ years of experience in online customer support or a related role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. - Proven track record of driving results and implementing innovative solutions. - Proficiency in CRM software and online support tools. - Fluency in English and Finnish.
