Job Description:

As an Online Web Chat Manager at Basware, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the online web chat platform to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to drive engagement, increase conversion rates, and improve customer satisfaction through the online chat channel.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online chat agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement chat scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality customer service. 3. Monitor chat performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align chat initiatives with overall business goals. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management and customer service. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for chat agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Implement chatbot technology and AI solutions to improve efficiency and customer support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in online chat management or a related role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. 5. Proficiency in chat platform software and analytics tools. 6.
