Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Olvi, a leading beverage company in Espoo, Uusimaa, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Web Chat Officer to join our team. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for customer service and digital communication.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Identify opportunities for improvement in the online chat process and work with the team to implement changes - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes - Stay up to date on company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills - Strong adaptability and negotiation skills to effectively handle various customer scenarios - Proficiency in written communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus - Fluency in English and Finnish is required
