We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst with Saas experience to join our FP&Ateam in Helsinki or Dublin. You can also work remotely from the UK.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…
- Develop and coordinate organization’s financial processes, including forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting package.
- Investigate and analyze variances between actual and plan on a monthly basis for assigned functional areas.
- Create and conduct detailed and complex financial models and present them to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the accounting/GL team to ensure revenue and expenses are properly recorded.
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights into trends and opportunities.
- Become a trusted business partner for some of our key functions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to support forecasting and the evaluation of strategic business decisions.
- Work closely with other teams to automate data preparation and reporting, from conceptualization to implementation.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic planning & business decision making processes.
- Continuously improve and develop new reporting systems and processes.
This position is for you if you have…
- 3+ years of relevant working experience within FP&A or in a similar role
- Proven track record of building complex & impactful financial models and coordinating budgeting processes.
- Experience from working with SaaS business model & metrics.
- Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to see projects to completion and ensure accuracy and precision.
- Excellent data visualization skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Data-driven and commercially minded, with excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated and self-driven to drive change and improve processes.
- Key understanding of GAAP accounting principles and highly proficient with GSuite.
