Senior Manager, Manufacturing Sourcing EMEA / Kemira Oyj

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Manufacturing Sourcing EMEA to join our customer´s Global Sourcing Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing sourcing strategies and innovative approaches to sourcing activities for Opex and Capex, MRO, and Site Services spend and categories at a local and regional level

- Ensuring and driving supply availability, cost competitiveness, service performance, complexity reduction, sustainability and risk mitigation in your category areas

- Leading and developing a cross-cultural and multi-regional team of sourcing professionals

- Providing expertize, guidance and support how to manage the categories and sourcing activities with the internal and external stakeholders

- Together with your team ensuring the supplier engagement and daily sourcing activities

- Supplier selections, negotiations and contract work

What you will bring to the team:

- Either commercial or technical university degree

- Profound understanding and experience on global/regional/local sourcing preferably in MRO, Site Services and Capex categories

- Strong negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills

- Skills and experience in supplier and stakeholder management and ability to negotiate complex legal and commercial agreements and terms

- Effective and strong management, team leadership, facilitation, support and communications skills and earlier experience on leading teams in international environment

- Ability and experience on leading and managing changes and driving results

- Fluency in both written and spoken English, other language skills are an advantage

- Readiness to travel and flexibility in working hours due to the regional responsibilities

- Understanding and experience on tools like MSOffice, ERP´s like SAP and e-sourcing tools

This position can be located in Helsinki or any other Kemira hub location in EMEA region. You will report to the Director, Global Manufacturing Sourcing. Position is full time and with permanent contract with Kemira Oyj. In this position you work in a hybrid mode with possibility to 3 days a week remote work.
