At Wärtsilä, we want to lead the transition towards a 100% renewable energy future with our lifecycle services, energy storage and optimisation technologies and future-fuel-enabled engine power plants.
In Energy Services, we support Wärtsilä’s customers in meeting their business and decarbonisation goals. We do this by optimising cost, emissions and reliability at a plant and microgrid level. We implement solutions such as decarbonisation services and outcome-based service agreements, which include quantifiable targets that are mutually agreed upon based on customer needs. Growing the coverage of these service agreements is a strategic priority for Wärtsilä.
We are now looking for a Senior Market & Financial Analyst to join our Decarbonisation Services team in the Energy Services Business. The location for this position is open, but to be successful you need to be accessible to our global customers. We offer the possibility of hybrid remote work. In this role, you will report to the General Manager, Market & Financial Analysis and work closely with people across the organisation, both in Energy Services and in the Energy Business more broadly. Your role and responsibilities: As a Senior Market & Financial Analyst, you will support agreement sales by identifying, analysing and developing new value propositions for our service agreements and conducting financial feasibility analyses and business case modelling. You will also support sales teams in deal structuring, preparing proposals, and carrying out risk analyses. You will work closely with i.a. power system modelling teams and be responsible for translating technical solutions and decarbonisation initiatives into business cases for our customers and Wärtsilä.
