Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting with travel arrangements. 2. Act as a liaison between various departments within the company to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. 3. Assist in project management tasks, including tracking progress, organizing files, and coordinating with team members. 4. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and vendors. 6. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 7. Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. Resourceful and driven attitude with a passion for learning and growth. 8. Soft skills in project management and negotiation.
