Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

As a Remote Support Associate at Beneq, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients from the comfort of your own home. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services, and will be tasked with troubleshooting technical issues, answering inquiries, and providing guidance on product usage.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers. 3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all communication. 4. Working collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex issues. 5. Providing product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 6. Collaborating with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements.

Requirements: 1. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 2. Passion for providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong people management and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Basic technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
