Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Remote Support Representative to join our team at Fortum. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers remotely. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with products or services - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Document customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner - Educate customers on product features and troubleshooting techniques - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to provide accurate and efficient support - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Experience with remote support tools and techniques - Knowledge of technical troubleshooting processes and methodologies - Resourceful attitude and confident demeanor - Ability to work cooperatively with team members and other departments
