Support Representative

Job Description:

Elliptic Labs is seeking a dedicated Support Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a Support Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Proactively identify and address customer concerns to ensure a positive experience - Assist in testing new products and features before they are released to customers - Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Hardworking and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Strong planning and leadership skills - Proven ability to work well in a team environment
