Support Representative

Job Description:

Swappie is seeking a Support Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide technical support for products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team member - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with order processing and fulfillment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong presentation and decision-making skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
