Job Description:
As a Remote Support Representative at Measur, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support to our clients remotely. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance with our products and services. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through problem-solving steps, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and evaluate customer needs to provide the best possible solution. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues with software, hardware, and other products. 4. Document customer interactions, details of inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other support team members and escalate issues as needed. 6. Provide product recommendations and guidance to customers to enhance their experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and advancements to better support customers. 8. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Strategic planning skills to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in using CRM tools and other support software. 8. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
