Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Valmet is seeking a reliable and confident Support Representative to join our team and work from home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers. 3. Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in the company database. 4. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product updates. 6. Managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Following company policies and procedures in all customer interactions. 8. Providing feedback to improve processes and procedures for better customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in project management and research. 7. Reliable and confident personality traits.
