Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team at UPM-Kymmene in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal teams and external clients. You will need to have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive efficiencies. 4. Document all support interactions and resolutions for future reference. 5. Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry. 6. Provide training and guidance to end-users on software and hardware usage. 7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in a technical support role. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Resourceful and able to work independently. 6. Ability to conduct research and collaborate effectively with team members. 7. Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.
