Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Web Chat Assistant to join our team at UPM-Kymmene in Turku, Finland. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through our online chat platform. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via the web chat platform - Assist customers with product information, pricing, orders, and any other questions or concerns they may have - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer support process - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management and attention to detail skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computers and online chat software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
