Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Lean Entries in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, assisting them with product inquiries, order processing, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance and support - Handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately - Process orders and payments - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Hardworking and resourceful - Strong communication skills - Excellent analytical skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and online platforms - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and practices
