Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Varjo Technologies. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat. This position is full-time and remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat on our website - Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account inquiries - Escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong typing skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Time management and strategic planning skills - Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
