Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Associate at UPM-Kymmene in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through the company's website chat feature to provide customer support, answer inquiries, and assist in navigating the website. Your role will be crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a smooth online experience for all users.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to provide exceptional customer service - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers through the website - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve customer problems efficiently - Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and website updates to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers through web chat - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
