Job Description:
As a Remote Web Chat Associate at Kojamo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions with customers. Your main goal will be to offer assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns customers may have while ensuring that their experience with Kojamo is positive and satisfactory.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through web chat - Guiding customers through the rental process and assisting with any questions they may have - Resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary - Providing accurate information about Kojamo properties, services, and policies - Proactively engaging with customers to address their needs and exceed their expectations - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively through written chat - Passion for providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to meet customer needs - Resourceful problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Persuasion skills to engage and influence customers effectively - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Availability to work full-time during regular business hours
