Remote Web Chat Manager

As a Remote Web Chat Manager at Bittium, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the web chat platform to ensure a positive customer experience. Your primary goal will be to provide efficient and effective support to customers through the web chat channel, while also working to continuously improve processes and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote web chat agents, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring - Develop and implement web chat strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction - Monitor web chat queues and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries - Analyze web chat data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in web chat support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or web chat management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude - Creativity and negotiation skills to find innovative solutions to customer issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
