Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

YIT Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. This is a full-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in web chat management.

As the Remote Web Chat Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee and optimize our web chat platform to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a team of chat agents, setting performance goals, and implementing strategies to improve response times and customer experience. Additionally, you will be expected to analyze chat data, identify trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat agents, providing guidance and training as needed - Develop and implement strategies to optimize web chat performance and enhance customer satisfaction - Analyze chat data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement - Monitor chat queues, response times, and agent performance metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of chat services with other customer engagement channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on chat performance and key metrics

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively lead a team - Proven track record in strategic planning and implementing chat optimization strategies - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
