Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Huhtamaki in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing our web chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor the web chat platform to provide real-time support to customers - Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat - Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to deliver exceptional service - Analyze data and metrics to optimize performance and make informed decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Proven experience in web chat management, customer service, or similar roles - Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure - Hardworking and dedicated with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Innovative mindset with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability - Proficiency in web chat software and CRM systems - Ability to lead a team and drive results towards set goals
