Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Web Chat Manager to join our team at Huhtamaki in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our web chat platform, ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient communication with our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage the web chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, responding to customer inquiries, and escalating issues as needed. - Develop and implement chat protocols to optimize customer service efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries. - Analyze chat data to identify trends, improve service quality, and optimize response times. - Train and support chat agents to ensure successful communication with customers. - Work closely with IT to troubleshoot technical issues related to the chat platform. - Research and implement new technologies and strategies to improve the web chat experience for customers. - Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or chat management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent research and presentation abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in web chat platforms and customer service software. - Experience with data analysis and reporting. - Knowledge of customer service best practices. - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
