Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Kojamo, a leading real estate company based in Helsinki, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Web Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time, work-from-home basis. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online chat platform and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Managing a team of online chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction - Analyzing chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all channels - Training new chat agents on best practices and company policies - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or online chat management - Strong communication skills and ability to present information in a clear and concise manner - Excellent negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively - Proficiency in using chat software and other online tools - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Reliable and dedicated work ethic
