Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team at Paptic in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support - Answer customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues and escalations - Provide product information and recommendations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - Motivated and resourceful individual - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with web chat software and customer service tools - High attention to detail - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
