Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

10Monkeys, a leading educational technology company based in Helsinki, Finland, is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance with any inquiries or issues they may have. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Utilize effective communication skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proven experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. - Reliable and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Demonstrated adaptability and cooperation in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems. - Familiarity with educational technology or e-learning platforms is a plus.
