Neles is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer in Helsinki, Finland. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers - Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues or concerns they may have - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and energetic personality - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient computer skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
