ICEYE is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill the position of Web Chat Officer in a work from home capacity. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers via web chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information. - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer service experience. - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
