Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Web Chat Representative to join our team at MariaDB in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat system.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and support requests via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing information about our products and services to potential and existing customers - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat systems and other customer support tools
