Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer service experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong written communication skills. 4. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in using web chat tools and basic technical troubleshooting skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 8. Experience in the transportation or shipping industry is a plus.
