Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Web Chat Specialist at M-Files in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership skills and have the ability to analyze data to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide prompt and accurate assistance - Analyze customer inquiries and provide solutions to issues - Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and answering questions effectively - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve chat support processes - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Driven to exceed goals and expectations - Strong leadership skills to effectively lead chat support conversations - Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
