In the Nordics, Avolta offers travel retail under the brand of Dufry with 16 stores at airports in Sweden and 14 stores at Helsinki Airport, Finland. Under the umbrella HMSHost, we will run 13 restaurants, cafés and convenience stores at Arlanda Airport, Sweden and 16 restaurants, cafés and convenience stores at Helsinki Airport, Finland at the end of 2024.

RETAIL TERMINAL MANAGER

To be successful as Terminal Manager at Avolta Finland you need to:

·Lead and supervise a team of Shop Floor Managers alongside our retail professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to ensure operational excellence and world class customer service

·Have a strong commercial mindset and sales is in your dna

·Know how to monitor and manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring adequate coverage to meet customer demands

·Have a knowledge of effective merchandise presentation standards in retail business

·Have an understanding of Travel Retail concepts

·Have proactiveness and good problem-solving skills

·Analytical thinking, organized way of working, and good communication and negotiation skills are part of your set of skills

·Be able to communicate fluently in both Finnish and English

·Enjoy working under pressure and in hectic environment independently

·Have several years retail management experience

The work is permanent, full-time (37,5h/week) Monday – Friday position.As Terminal Manager, you are responsible of running our store operations at Non-Schengen terminal. You are part of country operations steering group.
