Role Description - Europe Sales Director (Equity based): Preferred Candidate to be based out of The Nordics or Central Europe

This is a remote contract role for a passionate Enterprise Grade Sales Director for managing Europe Sales across SMB segment of Manufacturing.

The role will involve actively participating in team meetings understanding the SaaS solution, work with leadership to come up with a Value Statement and go after the EU market for onboarding Net New Logos.

Will work hand in hand with the C-Suite and will also be expected to provide guidance and expertise in the usage of Digital Transformation and Data Strategy implemented to fast track the Sales Objectives of the company.

The Senior Member will act as a catalyst to build strong sales team for the future and contribute to the

development and execution of the company's vision and plans, as well as assisting in establishing partnerships and collaborations.

The incumbent Director will get assistance in Lead Gen from Partner Alliances, also will receive closure support from Chief Growth Officer and Chief Strategy Officer.

Compensation:

The role will start with an equity based model only payout on all new accounts brought into the company for the 1st year and will evolve into a competitive payout package with uncapped earning potential, year 2 onwards.

Qualifications

Expertise in the field of Digital Transformation oriented Enterprise Sales

Strong knowledge and understanding of Sales Strategy and Agile Frameworks

Experience in strategic decision-making and business development with a StartUp Champion mentality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely

Proven track record of success in a leadership role Experience in the enterprise technology industry is a must

Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
