Sales Executive to fast-growing SaaS proptech

If you already have some sales experience but want to kick-start your career in B2B SaaS sales, this opportunity might be for you. We have grown to +1m€ in revenue and built a sales process where our salespeople systematically hit their sales targets in this challenging market situation.

Additionally, there is a generous and uncapped commission model with a base salary & provision based on your performance. Currently, the team members are typically making 4500€ - 7000€ per month.

In order to hit these levels of numbers, you are expected to bring in 3 - 5 customers each month depending on the size of the deal.

What is Metroc?

Metroc is a 20-person startup founded in 2019 in Finland that provides AI-based SaaS services for companies in the construction and real-estate industry. We help companies to find new customers by developing a unique data platform with a database of all buildings, construction projects and real estate deals. Our awesome product has helped us to grow organically very quickly and today we serve more than 300 customers. According to our sales team it is a great product to sell as a sales professional.

We have received a great reception in the market and we need more sales professionals to accelerate our growth. During this year, we will develop current services, release new features, hire more people and increase our market share. Our goals are ambitious and we intend to build something unique, which requires the best team. Growth means interesting job for all of us, and every employee gets to be part of the stock-option program.

Sales Executive job description

  • Acquiring new B2B customers including the entire sales process: prospecting, booking and arranging meetings, product demos, contract negotiations and deal closings
  • Typically you have around 20-30 active cases in your pipeline every month. To get to this number you will be doing prospecting and contacting daily to build up your own sales pipeline. Our salespeople typically have 8-20% booking conversions.
  • Consulting customers on how they can grow and develop their business using Metroc's SaaS services
  • Together with the team, develop successful strategies and carry out the necessary task in order to generate growth
  • Contribute to the positive company culture, give and receive feedback to/from your colleagues on regular basis

What do we expect from you?

  • Some experience from sales work or working in client facing positions, B2B or B2B
  • You want to learn about different industries, companies, people and business models
  • You are interested in working with corporate clients and consulting on their business
  • Entrepreneurial can-do attitude, courage and interest in developing and building new things together
  • Communicative and easy to create good and long-lasting relationships
  • You are goal-oriented and want to work for results and constantly develop yourself - for this, we offer the support and training you need
  • You are at the beginning of your sales career or in the final stages of your university studies (a university degree is considered an advantage)
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
