Additionally, there is a generous and uncapped commission model with a base salary & provision based on your performance. Currently, the team members are typically making 4500€ - 7000€ per month.
In order to hit these levels of numbers, you are expected to bring in 3 - 5 customers each month depending on the size of the deal.
What is Metroc?
Metroc is a 20-person startup founded in 2019 in Finland that provides AI-based SaaS services for companies in the construction and real-estate industry. We help companies to find new customers by developing a unique data platform with a database of all buildings, construction projects and real estate deals. Our awesome product has helped us to grow organically very quickly and today we serve more than 300 customers. According to our sales team it is a great product to sell as a sales professional.
We have received a great reception in the market and we need more sales professionals to accelerate our growth. During this year, we will develop current services, release new features, hire more people and increase our market share. Our goals are ambitious and we intend to build something unique, which requires the best team. Growth means interesting job for all of us, and every employee gets to be part of the stock-option program.
