Job Description - SALES MANAGER

Here’s the deal: at Rajobit, we are on a mission to improve business efficiency through software robotics. Our goal is to improve the competitiveness of businesses by freeing human resources from routine computer tasks.

And guess what? We are growing - fast. That’s where you come in. We are on the lookout for a new Sales Manager to join our Commercial team.

SALES MANAGER

Do your eyes sparkle at the thought of engaging in sales and discussing the development needs of clients' businesses? Is acquiring new clients a role you'd thrive in?

We want to remove manual tasks from the world and free up people's time for more useful activities. We're a pioneer in the RPA industry, and our service model enables the implementation of software robots across various sectors, even for small and medium-sized businesses.

In your role as a Sales Manager, you'll get to map out the development opportunities for businesses and, together with decision-makers, create value-added solutions for clients.

So, you'll be selling genuinely relevant services to clients!

You sell across industries, and you'll also be brainstorming new product concepts with Rajobit's technology team.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Experience in SaaS sales
  • You can manage and grow the sales pipeline independently
  • Customer-centric thinking and a desire to work towards targets
  • Ability to work under pressure and a process orientated approach to sales
  • The ability to utilize our CRM system extensively (Hubspot)
  • Self-direction, initiative, and the ability to take action
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
