Your mission

As our long-time and valued team member is moving to new challenges, we are looking for a Sales Manager to be responsible for establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships for existing/potential customers.

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to be a part of our journey as we offer our innovative solutions to our customers in Finland. You can find out more about Cloudia at .

We are a small team of sales professionals, each working with our own customer portfolio. In Cloudia sales, we have a collegial, active and determined team to support you – we work together instead of leaving anyone alone to cope with their sales quota. Our team’s mission is to help the company grow.

Your primary office may be either Joensuu, Kuopio or Helsinki. We work flexibly and encourage remote work as well. While we expect everyone to work according to the values of Mercell, we are interested in your results and outcomes rather than your working style.

Core Responsibilities 
  • You will get ready-made customer portfolio for you to make upsale
  • You will use leads from the marketing team and proactively work to generate your own leads as well
  • You will advise customers about solution functionalities and good practices of procurement processes and contract lifecycle.
  • You will work mainly in Finnish public sector

What We Need 

  • Open, communicative and team player 
  • Active approach to your personal sales process
  • Fluency in Finnish and average English, in business context, is a must
  • Experience in public sector sales is considered an advantage

Working hours: Flexible working hours, Hybrid remote
