Job title:
With this role you become part of the Philips Nordics Personal Health team as Shopper Excellence Manager, responsible for strategy & planning. driving the zone shopper fundamentals in distribution, pricing, shelving and merchandising. You will translate the local marketing strategy into a shopper strategy, embedding and executing targets for distribution, promotion, instore and online excellence. You will strongly collaborate between consumer marketing and sales by understanding customer needs & requirements, consumer & shopper behaviors as well as category strategies to achieve POS excellence with win-win mindset. You will closely collaborate with Zone Commercial Leader, RBU Leads, Sales CoE, Consumer Market Leaders and MI&A for continuous improvement on fundamentals. You will be based in our office in Solna. Your role:

Distribution:

  • Sets clear distribution target in line with local brand/commercial strategy and holds the business accountable for delivery against them
  • Provides zone with clear distribution priorities in line with category/channel objectives (Minimum viable ranges)
  • Drives Philips in-store visibility and delivers superior presence

Pricing :  

  • Operates above the firewall and is accountable for coordinating and managing Promo guidelines per category and retail channel that drive Philips performance across the zone. (managing IGM and Sell-Out targets)
  • Uses tooling/data./insights and external reality to assess promotional effectiveness and feeds learnings back into promo calendars

Shelving/Merchandising

  • Uses shopper insights to create the “perfect store” with clear segmentation, flow and portfolio placement that drives category growth
  • Provides clear merchandising principles for Sales team/ category management to execute.

You will be part of the Nordics Commercial team within the European Philips organization, where you will be working on a daily basis in a multi-functional environment within a matrix organization. You will report into the Commercial leader Nordics andyour main Nordic stakeholders will be the Sales & Marketing teams across the Nordic countries. You will also work closely with our business partner Market Insights & Analytics and with our Sales Center of Excellence (CoE) in Europe.


You're the right fit if you :

  • have a degree on marketing / business management is preferred

  • have previous experience in sales, consumer or shopper marketing

  • can highly articulate with an excellent command of written & spoken English

  • Have an understanding of Vistex/FIORI, Qliksense, ISE&OLE tooling

  • Lead through others via excellent stakeholder management

  • Have a customer and consumer first mindset

  • have analytical and strategic thinking

  • have digital analytics tool savviness

  • have strong story telling skills
