Supply Chain Manager

As the Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) - Equipment, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and leading the S&OP process for our equipment facilities and spare parts. Your role is crucial in ensuring target achievement in inventory, service level, production planning, and freight management. You will drive the digital transformation within the supply chain and lead various projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and improve the S&OP processes and meetings, ensuring effective inventory planning, forecasting, and minimizing obsolescence and scrap.
• Manage warehousing, transport planning, and logistics optimization, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and engaging with strategic carriers.
• Promote and execute projects to optimize warehousing layout, distribution efficiency, and increase digitalization in the supply chain using ERP systems.
• Develop and support team members to ensure competence and skill development, while actively engaging in discussions with Sales and Operations teams to manage product shortages.
• Build and improve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, reports, and ad hoc analysis to support processes, projects, and target achievement.
• Ensure the order fulfillment process meets on-time delivery objectives (OTIF) and actively participate in the Supply Chain EMEA Management Team.

• University degree in a related field preferred.
• Several years of supply chain management or related experience, with some years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge in the equipment producing industry and spare parts management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication, and execution.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to influence others in a team-based environment.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
