Job Description:
SSH Communications Security is seeking a passionate and motivated Support Representative to join our team. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients remotely. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Provide feedback to improve customer experience and product usability
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to analyze problems and adapt quickly to changing situations - Technical knowledge or experience in IT, cybersecurity, or related field is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM software and helpdesk tools - Must be able to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
