Technical Architect, SAP Finance

We have recently renewed OP's accounting and reporting system to utilize SAP S/4, BW/4, FPSL, and BTP solutions. Additionally, we have unified our financial processes to support the business more efficiently. We are now looking for a technical architect (our official job title is Lead Developer) to be responsible for the stabilization and further development of the system.

The position is based in Helsinki, but we combine flexibly on-site and remote work.

 

About the role

 

You are responsible for the development of technology and information architecture solutions in OP Finance area. You are responsible for team-level solution and application development, and that the development is aligned with architectural and non-functional requirements.

 

Your tasks include planning and describing implementation architectures for the defined business and technology problems. You ensure that the target state of the described solution architecture is realistic and achievable. 

 

You know how to convert business goals into architectural requirements. You support in determining the architectural scope of projects and in planning the initial phase of projects. You participate in the implementation of projects and technical development. You also work as an expert in SAP Finance technologies.

 

What we hope you have

 

You have technical experience in SAP architectures, technologies, integration, and interface technologies. Understanding non-functional requirements is the key focus area of this role. We also hope for knowledge of test automation methods.

 

You have several years of experience in the implementation and overall architecture of financial systems. You have developed and designed information solutions for large organizations and have experience in SAP software development. You have an interest in the development of financial management and reporting solutions. You speak and write English fluently and Finnish skills are an advantage.
