WE ARE LOOKING FOR TECHNICAL STAFFING MANAGER
At the moment we are looking for Technical Staffing Manager to strengthen our Delivery & Talent team. As a Technical Staffing Manager, you'll work closely with Sales and Talent Acquisition to ensure projects are staffed with the right technical talent meeting customers expectations. Your role aligns customer needs with workforce capabilities, requiring a keen understanding of technical requirements, project management, talent acquisition and sales dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure fast identification of the right competence for customer projects
- Partner with Sales to understand project scopes and client needs.
- Gather technical insights in client meetings alongside Sales.
- Map the customer requirements to right competence profiles.
- Ensuring Skills Assessment and Matching to Customer projects:
- Evaluate candidates´ technical skills in alignment with project needs
- Ensure selected candidates possess necessary technical expertise.
- Talent Acquisition Partnership:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to communicate project requirements and coordinate recruitment efforts.
- Provide technical guidance during candidate evaluation ensuring selected candidates fulfill customer requirements.
- Candidate Evaluation Support:
- Assist in technical interviews and provide feedback on candidate suitability for the customer requirements.
- Talent Development:
- Develop internal competence ensuring right trainings are available
- Collaborate with People, Talent Acquisition, and Sales to develop talent strategies.
- Market Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights to Sales and Talent Acquisition.
- Anticipate resource needs based on market trends and client demands.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or staffing, preferably within the technology and/or IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology relevant to software development, IT infrastructure, or engineering disciplines.
- Understanding of embedded software development is considered as benefit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with Sales, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Finnish and English
