As the Transactional Sales Leader , you will be responsible for the growth of one of our strategic pillars - developing our business through partners, distributors, and other key market players. You’ll be responsible for defining and deploying the 3-year growth plan, driving our strategic priority, functionally leading a strong cross-country sales team, delivering profitable results, and fostering strong partnerships within our network. Your role will involve driving transformation through innovation and leadership, all while upholding Schneider Electric's core values.

You will be a part of our Nordic management team and report to the VP Digital Energy Nordic Baltic Zone.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive three-year business strategy.
  • Drive sustainable growth and business performance while ensuring accurate forecasting and implementing boost actions as needed.
  • Support the construction of a robust project pipeline with partners, and support the team in closing deals with Schneider Electric solutions.
  • Expand our market share by nurturing existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers.
  • Drive cross-country functional management and sales team towards excellent commercial performance and make impact through expertise and strong business acumen.
  • Foster strong relationships and common plans with other Schneider Electric business units and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate team competencies and talent to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Lead change projects and initiatives, driving transformation through innovation.

What are we looking for in our candidate?

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or other relevant field.
  • Experience in leading and enabling strategic plans to efficiently deploy resources and initiatives, demonstrating thought leadership and enabling alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Strong background in business operations, sales, and strategy development.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage at a senior management level.
  • Good understanding of building business and related technologies.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in English; knowledge of any Nordic language is advantageous.

Our preferred candidate is driven by people and relationships, willingness to win, data-based decisions, possesses extensive experience in business, and is focused on delivering results. You excel in fostering sustainable growth within your area of responsibility and are adept at implementing Schneider Electric's strategy alongside your team. Skills such as team building and cross-functional collaboration with other Business Units are also key. Furthermore, you have a deep comprehension of sales processes and management, and can lead the team to success!
