About the role

We are looking for a UX Designer who wants to be part of Tietoevry Care. Tietoevry Care is modernizing Nordic health and social care sector with modular, open, and interoperable software. We put citizens and patients at the center, simplifying everyday life for all. When joining Tietoevry Care as a UX Designer you get a chance to build solutions that have societal impact and good number of end-users.

To succeed in this position, you have

• An enthusiastic, energetic, ambitious, and motivated way of working and strong communication skills to be able to work with different stakeholders

• Teamwork skills with the courage to bring out your own opinions and challenge the opinions of others

• Capability to work independently but also to see the big picture and manage large systems with multiple applications

• Understanding of the principles of design workshops, user research and creating clear concepts for new ideas

• Experience in using Figma for design and prototyping

• Interest and motivation to work in agile software development

• High appreciation for customer experience and satisfaction and aspiration to deliver best user experience for the target audience

• Fluent verbal and written skills in Finnish and in English

• Understanding of accessibility

• Understanding of front-end technologies

• Knowledge from healthcare industry
