Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design and produce designs and assets, including campaign visuals, thought-leadership content, social media assets, web assets, sales enablement materials, and corporate templates.
• Work closely with ICEYE’s lines of business marketing and business teams to translate business needs into impactful design and visual communication.
• Design compelling and informative data visualizations that effectively communicate complex data to diverse audiences, such as natural catastrophe impact data (e.g. Flood briefings) and ICEYE satellite imagery (SAR Data).
• Help strengthen and build ICEYE’s brand and brand experience online (e.g. ICEYE.com) and offline (industry events) to impact engagement and conversions, while ensuring design consistency.
• Organize and maintain digital assets, design libraries, and style guides to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Stay on top of design trends and incorporate fresh, creative ideas into design projects.

Requirements

Required

• Ability to transform heavy technical content into beautiful and engaging visuals, content, and experiences
• Highly skilled at translating complex concepts and data into simple and effective visual communication for diverse audiences
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, including digital, print, and branding
• Proficient in the use of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Exceptional creativity and deep expertise in design thinking methodologies, enabling innovative problem-solving and user-centered design solutions, UX and UI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, in English
• Ability to react quickly in a dynamic environment, responding to unfolding global events such as natural catastrophes
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
• Deep understanding of web and product design, UX and UI
• You will need to be in the Espoo office at least 3 days per week
• Your workstation will be a Mac

Preferred

• Experience with user-testing your work is considered a big plus
• Knowledge and experience in motion graphics and video production software
• Experience with data visualization and Information graphics
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Experience with website content management
• After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of social media, analytics, targeting and audiences
• Experience in leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Event design, interiors, and merch knowledge are a plus

• Base salary range for this position is €4200-5500 per month (gross) contingent on your experience level, and will be negotiated individually.
