Job Description:
Kamux is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat to provide information, answer inquiries, and offer support on our website.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through web chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and any other questions they may have - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Use resources and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Document all customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and confident approach to problem-solving and customer interactions - Strong teamwork and adaptability skills to work effectively in a remote environment - Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
