Join Xfly as a Junior Maintenance Control Centre Engineer and Elevate Airline Efficiency!

Your mission will be:

• AssistMCC Engineers in daily activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, flight operations, and other relevant departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and provide guidance to maintenance personnel for efficient issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including discrepancies, troubleshooting actions, and resolutions.
• Any other duties, within scope of MCC tasks, as directed by direct manager.

Must-haves for success:

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as MCC Controller will be considered an asset.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Very good level of English, both spoken and written in combination with good communications skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible, rotating schedule including nights and weekends 24/365.
• Eligibility to live and work in the EU.
