Responsibilities
• Lead one or several programs/projects as assigned • Establish program goals, deliverables, and success criteria • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations • Identify and assess program risks, dependencies, and critical path activities • Establish effective reporting structure and communication channels • Facilitate and remedy customer escalations of issues and complaints • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success • Support customer contract negotiations • Build and lead high-performing program teams • Develop criteria to qualify external vendors
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field • 10 years of experience in project or program management • Proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional teams • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to inspire and motivate team members • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify and mitigate program risks and issues • Excellent knowledge of program management processes, tools, and techniques • Ability to navigate challenging situations constructively • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
