Glue Collaboration, a leading tech company based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and generate leads for our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines. 2. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI. 3. Create compelling content for websites, blogs, and social media channels to engage and attract target audiences. 4. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing ads, banners, and other digital assets. 5. Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective. 7. Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success. 3. Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools. 4. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 7. Dedicated and confident personality traits, with a strong attention to detail and planning skills.
