Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

M-Files is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic and innovative team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms - Create and manage content for social media channels, website, email marketing, and other digital channels - Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics to track and optimize campaign effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools - Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms - Resilient and resourceful mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Strong project management and problem-solving skills
