Digital Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Vaisala. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level professional, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads - Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI - Manage social media channels and engage with followers - Create compelling content for various digital platforms - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools - Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions - Persuasion skills to influence stakeholders and drive results - Excellent decision-making abilities to optimize marketing campaigns
